Q. How much can I borrow?

A. Active Securities can provide property finance ranging from £30,000 upwards and we typically lend up to 70% of Open Market Value on the property (subject to criteria).
 



Q. How long does it take for a decision?

A. A decision in principle can usually be made extremely quickly, often within hours of submitting an online application. Subject to the necessary documentation being available from your solicitor and the valuation report having been prepared, funds can be made available within a matter of days.
 



Q. What security is required?

A. The loan will be secured against the property being purchased, or other property that you own.
 



Q. Who will Active Securities lend to?

A. Active Securities will lend to individuals, companies, both UK based and offshore.
 



Q. What are the interest charges?

A. Typically our interest charges are 1.25% - 1.75% per month, however these vary on an individual basis. Please contact us for details.
 



Q. Are there penalties if I repay the loan early?

A. No – there are no charges for early repayment.
